At Naked Earth Botanicals, every product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because our items do not have tamper-evident seals and cannot be resold once opened, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We want you to love your products. If something feels off, or if a product simply isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll work with you to find the best solution, which may include:

• personalized usage guidance

• a replacement

• a store credit

Because our products are unsealed and handmade, refunds are only issued in cases of product defects, damage during shipping, or verified reactions.

Refunds

Refunds are offered only when:

• An item arrives damaged

• We made an error in your order

• There is a confirmed product defect or reaction

 

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind

• Disliking scent or texture
