Shipping Policy
At Naked Earth Botanicals, every order is prepared with care and attention in our small studio. Below you’ll find all the details about processing times, shipping, local pickup, and lost parcels.
Order Processing Times
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times
We ship all orders through Canada Post.
Please note that Canada Post is currently experiencing intermittent delays, and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery windows (after your order has shipped):

Manitoba: 2–6 business days

Rest of Canada: 4–12 business days

Remote areas: Up to 14+ business days
Once your parcel is dropped off, delivery speed is fully in the hands of Canada Post. We cannot control or guarantee transit times.
Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $75

Flat rate $14.90 for standard shipping on orders under $75
- Any duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer, though most US orders do not incur them.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
Local Pickup (Stonewall, Manitoba)
Local pickup is available every Tuesday from 5:15–8:00 PM at a private residence in Stonewall.
For safety and privacy, the pickup address will be provided in your confirmation email after your order is placed.

We will try to arrange an alternative time, but accommodations are based on our availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Missing Orders
Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, it is considered in their possession. If your tracking number shows no movement, significant delay, or “delivered” but not received, please follow these steps:

Wait 48 hours — Canada Post often marks items “delivered” a day or two early.

Check with neighbours or household members in case it was received by someone else.

Contact Canada Post to open a Service Ticket.
After a claim is opened with Canada Post, contact us with the ticket number and we will assist as best we can.
We cannot issue refunds for lost parcels until Canada Post completes their investigation and confirms the package is not recoverable.
If Canada Post declares the parcel lost, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
